Accuracy of Information
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, shipping addresses, and personalization information. PiP Art Gallery is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted at checkout.

Production and Fulfillment
Most items are made to order. Production may begin 30 minutes after purchase, at which point orders may not be canceled or modified. Made to order items do not have a fixed delivery deadline. Production times may vary depending on the product and the fulfillment provider. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for specialty items.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product type or fulfillment location.
