What to Expect When Canceling, Returning, or Requesting a Refund
We know policies can feel overwhelming, remember: we are real people and we’re here to help. Below is a simple overview of how cancellations, returns, and refunds work at PiP Art Gallery.

Cancellations Timeline

  • You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as production has not started.

  • Many of our items are made to order and may enter production quickly.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
     

If you need to cancel, email us at info@pipartgallery.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges Timeline

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, digital, or final-sale items cannot be returned.


Once we approve your return:

  • You’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Returned items should be shipped promptly after approval.


Return Shipping and Condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Please package items carefully. If an item arrives back damaged, worn, or missing packaging, the refund may be reduced or declined.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something isn’t right when your order arrives:

  • Contact us within 4 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging

In these cases, we’ll take care of it by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Expectations

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Items see signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
